it appears that hgrm had a deal subject to financing of the $5 million

another company stepped up and made an offer for $5 million and 100,000 shares to hgrm to "sort of go away"

if accepted by the bankruptcy judge on jan. 5th the other company would get voxel and hgrm gets 100,000 of the new companies stock.............whatever that is worth, and who ever that is.

but

some one has to come up with $5 million

kevin, oh kevin.............are you asleep or finding the financing???

your stockholders would like to know
