When you claimed that there were only small judgements against Pat Hayton, my first thought is that, if true, I'd be very disappointed with Aleta. I was prepared to back you if what you were saying was true.
So, I e-mailed her, and asked if what you said was true.
She replied to me privately, and also posted about it, saying that she'd found some large judgements.
Since it was now your word against hers, I thought I break the tie and check for myself.
It was then that I discovered your bold-face lie.
In fact, the largest of the judgements that I uncovered was more than 10 times the largest judgement that Aleta had noticed. Still, the $70,000 that Aleta quoted if far from the trivial category that you characterized.
I would never have bothered to look this information up and post it if you hadn't tried to pull a fast one.
Either you knew that there were large judgements, or you knew nothing, and just made it up.
Either way, it's a lie, and you've once again been caught. |
