If it is true that industry standards are changing where the company
must have funds on hand to cover cost of raw materials (no longer
paid or advanced in a new contract), then the next step for Morgan is
to raise capitol. Thus, if he has not already issued those S8 shares then you know he's going to. (you would think Morgan would issue the
shares after the reverse split.)

You must admit, everything Morgan is doing is for the good of the company. He is doing what it takes to accomplish his goals (complete integrity is not required in running a company). I do believe that for
those of us who did not pay too much over ten cents for their shares we will see some sort of a profit, though of course, not what we expected. (Maybe I'll make enough to pay one note on a new mercedes,
what you think?)
