Here are the questions and cover letter, as submitted to Pat Hayton.

I did not want to have to be the one to submit these, as I suppose that they WOULD stand a better chance of being answered if somebody else were to ask them.

However, it was clear that this was just going to drag-out and be postponed ad-infinitum.

I have added-back the deleted questions, and added a question about company debts.

Sorry about the formatting, but it didn't paste well into Netscape.

I have attached a set of questions regarding ZuluMedia, Enhanced Services,
and your own past business dealings, which have been collected from
participants in Silicon Investor and Yahoo forums concerning the companies.

These questions come from a number of forum participants, and, I believe,
represent the types of questions that many shareholders and interested
non-shareholders must be asking and would surely like to have answered.

I realize that you may not be legally able to answer many of these questions -
particularly those involving company business and plans.

To the extent possible, then, we would all be appreciative of those answers
that you can forward, which will be passed-on to the forum participants - and
hope that you would aprise the companies of the desire to have the other
questions answered as soon as possible via official company
communications.

Thank you for your consideration. I await whatever reply you may be able to
provide.
