Thanks wacky! I am always looking for recipes with wine. I have a bunch of cookbooks but have you ever noticed that a lot of cookbooks are full of awful recipes? My aunt sent me a creole cookbook from baton rouge... youd think it would be good until I made the crab bisque. Anyway the best thing is to get recipes from friends or get a cookbook from a restaurant I think. Im going to get Paul Prudhommes cookbook that has to be good. Michelle
