All, Rumor on Yahoo message board says ONPT may sign a deal with AOL to sell lottery tickets on line. Any truth to this? I would think the legal and technical difficulties would be large. Need partnership with states. Some sort of verification system would have to be devised to record transactions and keep records of lottery #'s. If this is true stock could go to the moon, but so far I see no indication this is the case. Comments anyone? Bob
