Barbara: It is my understanding that the average client will spend well in excess of 10K per year. Besides the enhanced communication services, FNTN is offering an array of more basic services - the most basic of which is straight telephony which was predicted to average 15K per month - per client. If I am able to get confirmation on current per-client projections (and other questions) I will pass them on to you.
As for the "Father Of Robotics" I have no idea whether or not FNTN requires his technical services nor do I care. He is the top human being in his field and (by all that I could dig up on him) has had a spotless and stellar career. When a man of that stature lends his name and time to a corporation it usually means that he believes in that corporation and doesn't expect it to tarnish his name. If the Pope joined the FNTN Board, the stock would probably spike to 5 dollars - and I'm reasonably sure of His Holinesses' technical limitations in FNTN's field.
As for the "other guy" vs. Alan Spars - I will tell you simply that Alan Spars is in the rarified atmosphere of the top Internet designers alive. His capacity is critical to FNTN's future. They needed a technical VP who could work on the level of the top people at Siemens.. and they got one.
A wise decision on the part of management,
and worthy of praise.
I hope your holiday has been wonderful, Barbara - and best wishes for the New Year.
Regards,
Wally
