My concern with ABF has more to do with the scope
of their business. Don't they specialize in business
documents delivery, and inter-office mail and things
like that ?

It has a very good reputation - at least judging by
the number of case studies on it.

But, documents are going to be one of the the first casualty
of e-commerce. Certificates and electronic payments will
see to it.
