Hi Jane. RDIM looks very interesting and they have some good folks on the management team. I have a call in to John Folgers and want to ask him some detailed questions. This company has some great plans and concepts and I just listened into the conference call. I must say that JF sounds extremely intelligent and genuine--this does not sound like a scam at all. Having said that, these are my main concerns: while they have some cash, they intend to pay for most of their acquisitions with stock. So they will be depending on their stock to move higher in order to make certain acquisitions, in order to avoid excessive dilution. Furthermore as of now, they have signed 3 letters of intent but have not closed on any acquisitions. So, at this moment in time, all they have is good management, great ideas and excellent connections. I would like some assurance they they will be closing on the PCN and AHBC deals. Perhaps Mr. Folgers can provide that for me when I can get through to him. It is going to take quite a bit of capital to consolidate the $8B wholesale consumer buying industry.
