I have more experience than I'd like with vaccinations (ouch!). I'm not concerned with Yellow Fever and quite frankly, I'm not sure how one gets it, but a shot is good for 10 years and is only available a few places in each state--call your local board of health to find out where to get it then sign-up for a vaccination date (if it is determined we can get Yellow Fever here in the US). My last one is still good for a couple years so I'm not looking into the necessity of this vaccination for the US.

If one does need one, this shot hurts like h___ since the serum comes straight out of the refrigerator.

The big one to get is cholera. The thing with cholera vaccinations is that you have to get one every six months. I've lived in an area where there was a cholera epidemic and it frightening. This is a no-post reaction vaccination.

The second is gama globulin (spelling?) for hepatitis. The amount one gets of this depends on one's weight.

No matter what, an up to date tetnus is a must. I was a disaster victim (Presidentially declared area) a few years ago and the first thing people were told to do was get a tetnus shot. My last one had only been two years before but I was STRONGLY pushed to get a new one, too. They were free so despite hating shots, I got one.
