I dont know for sure. I would like to hear why the change, in the press statement it said that the name change was effective on such a date and that was it.. What I do know is that this company seems to have very little interest in appreciating its stock price. There were no wire items on the latest earnings report talking about how things are better. In the latest report they seemed doomed in how the phrased the last paragraph. I understand that a company has to address issues like they did, but in my experience I have seen companies address going concern in a way that gives investors hope for the future... such as.... "In the last quarterly report, we stated there was an issue of future stability facing the firm and that issue has not resolved itself completely. As a managment team we have full confidence that if our cost reduction measures continue and we make strides in current and future product lines we can improve the profitability and long term prospects for the firm.." Not saying that things could go to the dogs and that the company has to look for more financing or be bought out. It seemed that they had other motives than to return shareholder value. I had high expectations for the report and thought they would release a press statement to show signs of strength. When the initial announcement was made, there was a good deal of buying interest and things looked up. It is no wonder the bid keeps sliding, I cant believe that those investors selling at .085 were holders at lower levels and are making a profit. The managment needs to give guidence to those that own the stock and try to give a reason for those that dont to buy the stock.
