Kempin says they've been raising prices "over the last 10 years" which somehow contradicts Reggie's theory of falling prices and the resulting consumer benefits. Somehow Ayn Rand must explain this conundrum in one of her works of fiction. Of course, in most retail databases Windows98 will be rolling prices back to the year 1900 soon enough.
