>>Reading through my investment packet and all the information I can find leads me to believe that once the initial acquisitions are finalized the Company will have around 250,000 actual members. Those numbers will grow as each new private consumer club service center is rolled in, acquired, merged or built <<

Jeff, In post 321, you posted that PCN alone had nearly 500K paying members. Now you are saying that the company will have 250K actual members--something is a bit off here.

Unfortunately what was said today cannot be used to help "think through" my questions. The questions require solid answers from management.

>>Preferred Consumer Network International, Inc., appears to be an operating subsidiary. The deal there might be little more than a mere formality<<

Perhpas words like appears and might are enough for you to make long term investments, but they are not sufficient for me.

Yes, the company "expects" to make an awful lot of acquisitions. However, in order to consolidate an 8B dollar market and do all the things the company says it is going to so, it takes a great deal of money. Can you tell me where this money is coming from?

On the CC, JF said it would be coming primarily from stock, which means the stock price has to rise in order for many of these acquisitions to occur. For all we know the acquisition of PCN and AHBC may depend on a certain stock price.

What do you think the value of those two acquisitions is?
