All-- Boy there is a lot of customer service criticism of Ameritrade here!!! Today was the first time that I have tuned into this thread. My experience with the customer service, billing etc. has been tremendously positive. As far as length of time to wait for a representative....I have NEVER waited more than 10 seconds!!! Literally!! I agree...I wish that they would update the numbers each night for me...however...Ameritrade must wait for the money to clear from one locale to another. I simply keep an "Ameritrade" portfolio on S.I. and update myself after each trade. (impossible if you are a Day-Trader) Regards, Jason
