I hear what you are saying..But I have seen this come up before on others threads that do not even mention Metals..In fact I know of numerous other sites that authors of newsletters have posted. In fact, a few of them, before the SEC swept down, were looked at. And as long as their PR at some time went out with a disclaimer, they were ok. I have at least 4 or 5 others in mind.... Well known (at least to me)..and they were A-ok when looked into. And yes, they posted on the Boards. Forget what I said about 4 or 5. There are way more than that. And I haven't seen them state amounts paid, unless it was thru their original newsletter or initial PR regarding the co. So, I don't see anything wrong with it. As angry as you may in fact get, for me, if it wasn't for someone out there talking about a co. and getting paid for it, I'd only hold Blue Chip stock, and would not be able to see some of the returns I have actually seen in these small ones. And I am for certain not a hype person, though I do admit I have been known to get a little excited. May sound silly, but it might be a better idea to see what he has to offer initially and just keep your eyes and ears open like I have.

Wish you both luck
