I'm long the warrants (since today), but I'm nervous:

1. The announcement of this web site will be the most anticlimactic event of 1998. There are over 20,000 internet postings from investors who have been anticipating it forever. NOBODY on earth will be surprised by it. As a result, I'm not expecting a "KTEL" out-of-the-blue reaction to it, like everyone else seems to be expecting. On the contrary, I'm nervous that everyone will sell on the news.

2. The company's previous web sites have been, lets face it, less than spectacular. And press releases issued to publicize them have been greeted negatively by the street.

3. About 99% of internet postings are bullish on IFLY. Of course, this is a contrary indicator.

I'd like to see this thing shoot to $40 as much as the next guy. Too bad nobody thinks this stock is overvalued like AMZN or YHOO. If this thing shoots off tomorrow, great. In the mean time I've got my stop loss firmly in place. Enjoy the ride.
