Hi Eric, you still with me ?? Nice litle jump in NRGG today and good volume too... Copied this from the earnings anouncement from NSP:
nspco.com
"These results reflect our commitment to achieve annual earnings per
share growth of five percent on average," said James J. Howard, NSP
chairman, president and CEO. "NRG Energy, Inc., our largest
non-regulated subsidiary, added a number of projects to its portfolio in
1996 and increased its contribution to ongoing earnings by five cents
per share. NRG's goal is to contribute at least 20 percent of NSP's
earnings by the year 2000."

At $280 mil net income for 1996, that means they expect NRG Inc to contribute AT LEAST $68 mill/year by 2000. Keep in mind that all business in the US will be done by NRGG.
