Carl, they have about $500 MM cash on hand, but will need about $900 MM this year in capital investments, while most of that money can come from depreciation (about $500 to $600 MM), they cannot afford to have more losing quarters. Since it will take some time to get the TI operations profitable, they really must have pricing stability. If the Korean are going to come on strong and reflood the market, they will be in a cash crunch, IMHO. It could go either way, and I think that $50/shares assumes that Mr. Murphy is too busy preparing some surprises for the intenutz to worry about MU, and thus everything that can go well will.
