Robert, your last post assumes that SI has real "pricing" power over the stock, I think this is not born by the facts. ASs a matter of fact, on another thread we instituted the IEI, "Irrational Exuberance Index", and often we find that when this index gets out of hand (only bullish posts, and thus according to you strong stock performance), the stock collapses, and vice versa, when the IEI goes negative, the stock surely bounces. Watch HEC which right now has it thread almost unanimously bearish, I am ready to jump in there within the next two weeks because the IEI has gone so low (and furthermore, they have a floorless ceiling repricing period ending Jan 9, it helps...).
By the way, I owned the stock twice so far (one win one loss), but in both cases I did not cease suddenly to point the possible pitfalls, and when I did not own the stock, it did not prevent me from stating positive findings (like good patent position and the removal of the floorless on the preferred A). I am not saying that there are no people on SI that try and manipulate stock to their personal benefit, but it rarely works with known and established entities like VLNC.
