Business Week article mentioned Michael Ginsberg as the analyst, of JW Genesis Financial Corp as the firm. In brief the article stated that Ginsbereg is casting his eye on the office supply business, which he thinks is entering the final wave of consolidation. CEXP is a likely target says Ginsberg. He stated the company has recently been struggling to improve its dismal performance. While its sales growth has been strong-surpassing $3.5 billion, its stock has been week because of disappointing earnings. "the company could be worth more to another player in the business," said Ginsberg. Superstores such as Office Depot or Staples are very likely to rise to that enticing challenge. Hope this helps.
