If the FCC rules against AOL's "must carry". What prevents AOL from buying or merging with a DSL carrier? I refuse to believe AOL has come this far to get slaughtered here. I hope the Justice Dept. applies pressure to make it happen in terms of limiting MSFT's monopoly powers worldwide. I have been researching DSL and there is a limited range for super high-speed access for subscribers. It's something like 3 miles from the source. How many subscribers live that close to the carrier? Besides most of the infrastructure needed does not even exist yet. It will be very interesting to say the least.. Best wishes 3d
