Q has done a good job of moving the 3G debate from technical merit all the way to fair trade; doing so plays nicely into a strategically defensive position that you alluded to in an earlier post. If the Q can remain between ERICY and its strategic objective and force ERICY to conduct its desperate 3G attack up an increasingly slippery slope, then we may have the opportunity to see just how loyal ERICY's friends are. ERICY may have forgotten that a political/strategic approach has to function and yet enable a tactical plan; what we have seen is a set of ERICY tactics removed from the political realities that now have the Trade Rep, Secretary of State, and other heavy breathers weighing in against them.
