Thanks for the message. Very informative. Seems to make a lot of sense (purchasing a company that has a strong infrastructure within the commercial contract side of the business) and adding that to the retail-superstore side of another company.

Given what happen to Staples last year when the Feds. turned " thumbs down" when they tried to buy Office Depot , - this is an interesting twist that may not threaten the regulators as much (who whined over concerns that a merger between Staples and Office Depot would drive prices up rather than down in the retail arena).
