High fructose corn syrup -- essentially the same as table sugar or regular corn syrup as far as calories go.

Fructose: a levorotatory ketose sugar ... an intensely sweet carbohydrate occurring in honey and invert sugar. Also called levulose, a mirror image isomer of dextrose. Has more sweetness per calorie than dextrose or sucrose. So you can have the same sweetness in a natural product, but with less calories.

Kick back and enjoy!
