There are about 45 million shares outstanding. I don't know anything about the reg s offering. When was that? There are things going on now. You can hype it if you want, but we will have some good news next year, possibly huge good news. Research back to last spring and that will give you some ideas. The stock is also trading very well, I agree that alone may not move it to 20 or 30 cents, but it is worth noting. It was down today on lighter volume, the spread widened but you still can't buy any under 2 cents.
