COD has been around for a long time as a way for companies to asure themselves of getting paid for products when a companies credit is not very good.

What I was refering to was the stock is to be used for PAY. And if the 1.5 mil. shares would be issued after the rev. split those it will be issued to would have the majority if only about 900k shares are out now.
