- MTSLF (Mer) is an internet co. & is attractive for the following reasons:

- MTSLF trades under $2/share
- they made $.31/share in '97; 6 straight years of profit going in to '98; but will either break even or lose a little in '98 as R&D has tripled in '98
- lined up several big OEM agreements which begin generating revenue in '99
- Underwriter, Hampshire Securities, went out of business & stock price plummeted - High 8 1/2
- Trades on Nasdaq Small Cap; but was on National
- recently awardded contracts with Italy's largest telephone products seller - Telecom Italia; also Tadiran & Phillips
- Very Strong Bal Sheet: $12.2 mill in additional paid in capital; $1.9 mill in retained earnings; $3 book value.
- In '97, MTSLF made $1.3 mill; or $.31/share.
- Only 4.7 mill shares in o/s; but much less in the actual float.
- Customers: Nothing less than amazing: Phillips, Siemens, Italian Phone Company, and other major entities.
- Products: "Least Call Routing over the Internet;" Telephone software that cuts down on waste; monitor usage; and get better long distance rates. Europes phone rates are incredibly high compared to USA.
- Auditors: Ernst & Young
- web page: tabsbymer.com
- Finally: you can download the demo software.
- Thanks in advance for researching; and I'd appreciate hearing what you come up with.
