RMII is NOT national service - technically... What they do is borrow the PSI's local access port by paying PSI's usage fee. As a result, their profit margin on it is small but the good part is that their overhead is also relatively minimal as well. I should know becuase I own an ISP and we do the same thing. If you look at RMII's web site, the access number indicates the PSI's access point. Speaking of PSI (ticker symbol PSIX), they are REALLY undervalued in my opinion. Remember UUNET who got bought out? I smell similar deal coming soon to PSI...
