Wall Street doesn't quite know what to do with both the company and with Howard Jonas, its CEO. It made its big run to $40 last spring, when it announced it was getting into the telephony business. Even today it derives less than 5 percent of its revenues from Net2Phone. Most of its revenue comes from prepaid calling cards. Wall Street isn't quite sure how to evaluate it.

Jonas is an iconoclast who has publicly expounded upon(in his book, _On a Roll_) his dislike of the Street. He is seen as a fraudulent windbag by many. I think that that, more than any single factor, is responsible for the current low price.

It could rocket with the coming spinoff of Net2Phone though. Click2Talk is a very hot product.
