I was at the mall this weekend. ATHM had a booth where you could try out the service. The speed was impressive but I already expected that. What impressed me was that they were offering a free 30 day trial with free installation. The rate was $40 a month thereafter. Interesting is that last spring when I was trying to get this the installation was something like $100 and I am sure the rate at that time was more than $40. So it seems as if athm is aggressively pursuing new customers. I watched them for a while and they signed up three new customers in a period of less than 10 minutes. The thing that impressed me most was that the guys from athm were really hustling and were obviously trained in how to close a prospect. They said and did all the right things. I moved this past summer and still don't have this service available but the second it is, I'll be signing up for it.
