Has anyone found any "official" news from OLPV (oops, OVIS) regarding the end run by Morgan?

Dean, your last post was cryptic to say the least!

Anyone know if there is a minimum limit on number of shares in order to be listed on Nasdaq Small Companies? I seem to remember reading somewhere that there is.
