RE: Pending Bankruptcy and SEC Filings?

Does anyone know if SyQuest's pending bankruptcy relieves them of their responsibility to file their quarterly and annual reports?

I might be wrong, but I believe that they have an annual statement due 12/31/98 for the year ended 9/30/98. (I think annual statements have three months and quarterly statements have 45 days.)
