In those days, when the album was more "available" the other jacket was generally only found in stores that sold the imports.

There was some underground belief that the Import albums had better quality. I suppose it was as good an excuse as any to spend extra bucks on the import. Occasionally the imports had a different mix of songs on them as well.

Not that album though, I don't think.
