Keith: As a learner on technology would appreciate whether to your knowledge Bell Atlantic has a CDMA2000 license from the Q for its rollout with Lucent as its partner - and does Lucent have such a license?. Thought that the only actual licensee to date for CDMA2000 was Phillips (could Lucent be piggybacking on that derived from the now defunct joint venture). My understanding from those here who know the technology and patent ins and outs is that a separate CDMA2000 license is required - a CDMAOne license is not enough. Is that so? Also, is the rollout you describe re Bell Atlantic/Lucent actually the full ball of wax for CDMA2000 or an intermediate step toward it? Curious. Any help from anyone who can enlighten on this much appreciated. Chaz
