Bearcatbob.

Not a Mongolian bar anyway. The commodities market is getting beat-up really hard. Base and precious metals, and even spot industrial minerals are setting historic lows in real dollar terms. Many mines are shutting down, and very few new mines are opening. Two years ago there were five operating gold mines in the NWT, six if you count a small seasonal operation. This year there is only one operating at a reduced capacity.

Guess what? Experienced, competent, indeed innovative technical people are available. The pool of truly motivated people for projects like Bumbat is enormous. Not that everyone wants to work overseas, but there are more now than before.

Local Mongolian talent? Not a problem. There are some very bright lights in Mongolia.

Doug and Phil are correct here.....subject to administrative issues that we've been dealing with, and are resolving, the plant can be started quickly.
