Why would a brokerage pay anything for the shares? I've never held a stock that zeroed so I don't know...but wouldn't a broker just do a zero or at most, a dollar swap on the shares that their customer owned? And why would that show up on the time & sales? Could somebody be buying the shares through the pacific exchange?

You said that the tax loss was mute for anybody other than a telecom...are you 100% positive? I wonder if it would make any difference since the company was a Canadian company.

Don't get me wrong...I doubt that anything positive will come out of this. I'm just waiting to see.

Hope you had a good year...I sure have!

Mike
