Cookie: Doing well. Thanks. Have looked at SIRC but it is a bit too scary right now. I may look at it again if it gets back into the high 1s. Any day now, this rally could end and I am being careful not to jump onto anything that has moved too much at this point. Capital preservation is the law today. I am looking at few issues right now, and will get back to you. TJ
