brian, l like what you are saying re: jan 04/99 but i might move the selloff to a little later at least for net stocks IMO since amzn splits on the mon. and i believe that yhoo reports earnings on the tues. (if none of this has changed) - yhoo earnings are famous for creating selloffs in the afternoon before and the day after they report - hope any sellof will be minor :) good luck, m
