Good action today! Union is picking them up as fast as First Marathon can put them out?? Wonder who is right... Union obviously feels this is good news but FM seems to feel otherwise?? Legal battles do not often bode well for a company, but one that forces a project to proceed when it has been abnormally delayed should be a good sign. I'm in for more at .20 today. A
