Hi Dorine, So what else is new? Of course Dell is a channel for various vendors, but these channel guys love to complain because Dell's channel is direct to the customer (by-passing them). Considering the volume of business and the customer service inherent in "virtual integration" it would be very surprising if companies like Microsoft didn't give LAR status to Dell. TTFN, CTC
