I would guess that will be very subsector-specific - sooner for TER than PRIA, for example; sooner for ORBKF than ETEC, and so forth. Not that the stock market will be too concerned about these distinctions; if demand exceeds supply and backlog starts to grow substantially in any part of the semi equipt sector, most of the stocks are likely to benefit. Late 99 is as good a guess as any; seems extremely unlikely it'll be before that! Bob
