Careful there DT. This company was brought public by a crooked investment broker Maidstone/Harriman. SEC put them out of business and president in jail. Surge was the only company IPO that wasn't scr*wed by them. There is a newly filed prospectus by a group of investors who are planning another offering (i assume of their own stock). Do some DD before you invest for the LT, or better yet lock in any short term gains first.
