When I read the article, I was more freaked out that the guy lives in the same town I grew up in (Brossard, a suburb of Montreal) than the actual story. He even lives in the same section (T section, all the street names begin with a T) that I lived in before I moved to the US.

3Dfx has intelectual property. As a shareholder, I want then to protect it. The programmer seemed to be more worried about what Microsoft thought than what 3Dfx thought. I also commend him for reading the license agreement and sticking to it.
