Frank, as I said before, technical but of VARL is 8 9/16 if a person wants one for a investment as it needs to get through resistance at 8 3/8 -8 1/2. It is right at its down tend line at 8 3/8 so you haven't missed anything yet IMHO. <G> Bruce
