CNHH Announces the Appointment of a New Secretary and Completed
the Audit Finalizing Acquisitions
KILGORE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 29, 1998--CNH Holdings Co. (OTC BB:CNHH - news) today announces the resignation of Mark Pierce
as secretary due to personal reasons and W. J. Flannery III of Dallas has been elected the company secretary.
The addition of Flannery strengthens our corporate management team and allows CNH the ability to move ever forward to increase its focus on clients,
formulate and develop new business initiatives, and manage strategic relationships.
CNH also announces it has completed and reviewed the audit on the acquisitions thus obtaining full ownership of Southport Environmental and Development,
Inc. (''Southport''), The NORM Services Group, Inc. (''NSG'') and NSG Rentals (''NSGR''). With the finalization of these acquisitions, the companies will
operate as wholly owned subsidiaries of CNH, with NSGR being a subsidiary of NSG. Therefore, CNH has become a diversified oil and gas company in the
business of oil and gas production leases (Southport); supplying rental services (maintenance/manpower/equipment/service) to off-shore oil rigs and on-shore
oil well sites (NSGR); and waste disposal/cleaning up of NORM (Normally Occurring Radioactive Materials) and NOW (Non-Hazardous Oil Waste)
environments (NSG).
