Check the distant past.

Reg S was a long time ago, but should be available either in past postings (of which there are not all that many) or else through one of the regulatory agency web sites.

If you believe that good things will happen next year, please share your reasons. What is your factual basis for this opinion?

Good luck on getting some more stock cheap. If there are 45 million shares out, then the total value of the shares now is about a million dollars. If the company is worth a million dollars, that is fair value. If it is worth less (and it might well be that its net worth could indeed be less -- perhaps even negative), then the stock is overvalued.

I would love to dive in and see the stock bounce to 10 cents, but it would take significant and specific positive information to get me to spend more money or DRYD.
