You said it right there

I and her response was something like "yeah Ive tried Parducci, so what". Of course, I paid no attention to this comment as I ran back to Safeway to buy 12 more bottles.

Bottom line, if you enjoy a particular bottle, load up on it. It's all about personal taste. I've had $15 bottles that tasted better than[properly stored] $150 bottles.
