Then again today is December 29th, and tax selling does not have too much longer to live. From these levels all a gambler would need is the hope that the powers behind the throne are not done trying to inflate the stock price and are just sitting with a basket catching the droppings of the downhearted before coming up with some key news or developments. Having watched the market behavior since early summer, I am tempted to risk a few kopecs under 40 cents and just play along for the short term. Nothing says you can't benefit from a throw of the dice.
