I am more concerned about paper inventory VS wood. I can't say anything about takeovers, I have no idea. I was alarmed by the numbers (debt) they reported. A friend of mine is much more into fundamentals then I. Last I asked he said the value of the mill is about the same as the debt. That was about..... 9 months ago. (?) They are still running hard but they have to.

Are you keeping tabs on coated paper prices?
