I have heard that this financing deal is hanging by a thread.Apparently the people involved are asking to much in return for their money.This is why the deal is not done yet and they keep postponing the release of said news.Jan.11 is the date now...it was suppose to be a done deal in Nov.Early January should tell the tale.A drop in price(if it can drop any furthur)on heavy volume would mean no financing deal.If this happens DTV will have no choice but to go to the market for $$$ and at .30c a share that would be major dilution followed but a reverse stock split.Glad I got out when I did.Watching from the sidelines cause ya never know.
